Who we are
PROCESSIUM is an independent company founded in 2002 by experienced engineers from major industrial groups, such as Rhône-Poulenc. PROCESSIUM counts around thirty employees to date. PROCESSIUM is located in Lyon, France, on the LyonTech Science Park and is involved in the design, development and improvement of industrial processes with the aim of identifying industrial solutions, validate and design the industrial units.
PROCESSIUM's state-of-the-art laboratories for analyses, measurements and tests is specifically designed for all types of industrial projects. Our teams work with international research teams and our clients are located in France, Belgium, Switzerland, UK, Deutschland, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and USA.

Jacques BREYSSE, Process Expert, was previously senior executive at RHODIA, and has extensive experience in chemical process development. He has a strong experience in technical fields including design of reactors, liquid-liquid extraction, distillation, and membrane technology systems.

Armand DEBARD, Aventis Pharma former Technical Director, has experienced in project management since the stages of research to industrial production. He brings a thorough knowledge of the needs and constraints of the pharmaceutical industry in the field of scale up.

Professor Jacques JOSE, leads the CNRS laboratory of "analyses des systèmes polyphasiques" at the University of Lyon 1. His research interests lie in the chemical analysis of complex industrial systems such as petroleum products. He has developed new devices for thermodynamic measurement especially at low and very low pressures, a field in which he has achieved international expertise and renown.

Professor Dominique RICHON, founder of the laboratory of "Thermodynamics of phase equilibria at the MINES ParisTech School. He develops original experimental techniques for measuring thermodynamic properties in the area of high pressure at low and high temperatures. He works especially for petroleum and chemical industries worldwide. He won the Katz Award from the American Gas Processors Association and is a member of numerous international organizations.
