Our references

Processium works on high-stake projects for top groups in the chemical, pharmaceutical and oil industries.
Since its founding in 2002, our company has been supported by the Total Foundation and a French governmental organisation which supports high-potential innovative technological projects.
Processium is also an active member of the French chemistry-environment cluster, Axelera, and heads up two of its current research projects.

Technical Advisory Board

A Technical Advisory Board helps Processium to define its research strategy (targets, resources, partnerships) and to carry out specific projects. It gathers qualified experts from academy and industry and exploits rich experiences from chemical, pharmaceutical and petroleum industries. Its members develop regular and close contacts with Processium's team.

  • Jacques BREYSSE, Process Expert, was previously senior executive at RHODIA, and has extensive experience in chemical process development. He has strong experience in technical fields including design of reactors, liquid-liquid extraction, distillation, and membrane technology systems.

  • Armand DEBARD, formerly Technical Director at AVENTIS Pharma, has conducted important projects from the research to final realization stages. He brings a deep knowledge of the needs and the real constraints of the pharmaceutical industry in the field of scale up.

  • Professor Jacques JOSE, leads the CNRS laboratory of "analyses des systèmes polyphasiques" at Lyon 1 University. His research interests lie in the chemical analysis of complex industrial systems such as petroleum products. He has developed new devices for thermodynamic measurement especially at low and very low pressures, a field in which he has achieved international expertise and renown.

  • Professor Dominique RICHON, fonder of the laboratory of "Thermodynamique des Equilibres de Phases" at the "MINES Paris Tech". He develops original experimental techniques for measuring thermodynamic properties in the area of high pressure, low and high temperatures. He works especially for petroleum and chemical industries worldwide. He won the Katz Award from the American Gas Processors Association and is a member of numerous international organizations.
