Thermodynamic modellingProcessium : thermodynamic modellingDetermine the key data of chemical substances for a better design of production units, identify new green solvents, conceive new compounds that are more environmentally friendly and safer, these are the challenges that face our platform dedicated to physical properties. Building thermodynamic models (perfect gas, NRTL : Non-Random Two-Liquid model (short NRTL equation): activity coefficient model that correlates the activity coefficients of a compound with its mole fractions in the liquid phase) starting from experimental data allows to validate measurements. Thermodynamic models are used by the simulators for dimensioning the operation units of distillation. Processium has a pole of competence in thermodynamics allowing to measure, model and capitalize critical data for process development. Our thermodynamic database was especially conceived for the people who are interested in establishing thermodynamic models necessary to the design of process. Our technology platform scans all the needs from measurements to the implementation of thermodynamic modelling tools and a proprietary database e-thermoTM.
